The following case is excerpted from my book Time Travelers from Our Future and gives us insights to the Egypt of prehistory, Atlantis and Mu (Lemuria).
One of my female patients named Joan described a past life she lived in Tibet at about 16,000 B.C. Her name was Adi and she was the only daughter of an Indian priest named Dehru. Dehru was over 500 years old, while Adi's age was over 350. Adi's mother died at the age of 450. They were a Caucasian race.
Dehru originally came from Mu (Lemuria) and was one of the Essenes (Muvian elders). They established colonies in Tibet, India and Myanmar (formerly Burma). Adi was born on Mu and lived in the Motherland for the first 300 years of her life.
Adi recalled the stories of Mu's first two cataclysms that occurred at about 50,000 B.C. and 26,000 B.C. This so affected the Muvian elders that they decided to look for places to relocate the entire population of Mu. The majority of Mu's citizens were not willing to move, as they felt that there was no real danger of the continent submerging.
By 16,000 B.C., Mu had lost much of its previous spiritual base. It was ripe for destruction and attacked repeatedly by Atlantis. Their Atlantean colony broke away from the Motherland at about 75,000 B.C. and now became their competitor for colonies.
Adi and her father's mission was to assist in the spiritual development of the new Egyptian colony. Mu had established a primitive colony in Upper (Southern) Egypt, while Atlantis controlled lower (Northern) Egypt. Dehru was concerned about being so close to the warlike Atlanteans, but they moved to Upper Egypt nonetheless.
Adi described her, Dehru and many other Indian priests and workmen boarding a large cargo plane that was powered by an engine located at the rear. This plane transported the priests to Upper Egypt, along with their personal effects.
Upon arrival in Upper Egypt, Adi, Dehru and the other priests began their missionary work with the local population. Their purpose was to gradually introduce these people to Muvian theology and spiritual practices and prepare them to advance on many levels.
This task was made far more difficult by the repeated interference from Lower Egypt. The militaristic Atlanteans didn't really want Muvian neighbors. They attacked the primitive Indian priest settlements and nearly exterminated them.
The only saving grace from Lower Egypt was a man they called Taatos. This, Caucasian blue-eyed, blonde tall Atlantean had all the physical appearance and spirituality of a Muvian Essene (one of the two main groups in Mu). Yet, he appeared to be an Atlantean. Taatos functioned as a mediator and was solely responsible for keeping the peace between these two great civilizations.
Dehru had later explained to Adi that the Atlantean Taatos had taught in a Muvian Temple of Wisdom and brought this training to Atlantis to assist the Essene population and encourage spirituality and wisdom to the Atlanteans in general. Many Atlantes (an Atlantean group originally from Mu) had transformed from materialism and warlike tendencies to the spiritualism of the Essenes as a result of his teachings. This was an uphill battle, however.
Adi described the frustrations and danger of the early days of the Egyptian colony. Apparently, Atlantis and Mu decided to establish this colony at about the same time. Mu arrived first by way of India and settled in Upper Egypt. Atlantis was establishing colonies through the Mediterranean and decided to settle in Lower Egypt a hundred years or so after Mu had established its first settlements.
Peace was established for many years and Adi assisted her father in his work. She never married and was totally dedicated to this missionary avocation. Adi died at the age of 435, while her father lived to be nearly 600 years old.
There were no megaliths built during Adi's stay in Upper Egypt. This was about 16,000 B.C. and her life was limited to this region. Neither she nor Dehru ever traveled to Lower Egypt. Their only contact with the Atlantean colony came from representatives sent by the Atlanteans.
According to Adi, the theology of Mu was taught to the primitive native Egyptians. As best as they could the Indian priests tried to preserve the teachings of the Motherland. No superior technology was instituted at this time, as Egypt was a potential war zone.
From her Higher Self (superconscious mind level) following her crossing into spirit, Joan expressed a certain spiritual fulfillment from her past life in Mu, Tibet and Upper Egypt. She was somewhat frustrated that more could not be accomplished with the local population. But, all in all, this was a productive life.
